I use both the Tarot cards (Waite deck) and Angel cards

 Angel cards are very similar to Tarot cards

Angel Cards act as a recepticle through which the Angels send you advice on situations, and tend to give emotional advice with regards to personal feelings

Tarot Cards are probably the most common form of divination known, probably often thought of with the gypsy as the fortune teller

It is one belief that they did actually originate from the Romany people however, this cannot be authenticated

It is also believed that they contain all the secrets of the universe

It is probably due to these beliefs that they are one of the most favoured tools of the witch/wiccan for divination.

What is Divination?

Divination comes from the latin word "Divinato" which means the power of foreseeing, therefore Divination is the act of foreseeing.

This being said, it is wise to take what you see/learn as only advice and not as a gospel!
